| Department Overview |
| The portfolio valuations development team builds and supports the systems that provide analytics and processing for Markit’s portfolio valuations product. The product leverages Markit’s broad range of realtime and T+1 market data to provide an industry leading mark-to-model valuation service spanning all asset types. |

| Role Summary |
| Java/SQL developer working on software for financial applications, in particular handling market data capture, technology infrastructure and/or valuations processing for the Portfolio Valuations department. |

| Duties and Responsibilities |
|
| Implementation of financial data software and website development using Java and Oracle technologies, working within a team of 20 developers. On the job training can be provided for financial aspects of the job. |
