Markit BOAT operates a comprehensive and dedicated support service, with immediate, specialist response to alerts and calls. It provides an on-site service for London based users, and telephone support for all other users worldwide. Markit BOAT specialists are ready to respond to alerts and phone calls immediately.

System monitoring and error handling
Resolving reference data queries
Network management
User access
 
Client training
Technical API issues
Contractual enquiries
Historical data requests
 

Markit BOAT operates on all European Union (EU) business days.

Quotes are published from 08:00 - 20:00 Central European Time/Central European Time Summer (CET/CETS) and trade reports from 08:15 - 18:15 CET/CETS.

The support desk is open from 08:00 - 20:00 CET/CETS on all weekdays except Christmas Day and New Years Day. Support is available outside these hours via Markit’s global support infrastructure.
