With the ever-expanding number of structured vehicles (CLO, CDO, ABS, TRS, etc.) in existence, the need for accurate reporting on a timely basis has grown considerably.
Key benefits:
Markit WSO Compliance supports cash flow, ABS and market-value CLOs, as well as Total Return Swap and Mutual Fund structures. Both cash and synthetic deal types are supported.
Each Compliance module is custom tailored to the specific reporting needs of the individual structure, as defined by the offering memorandum, indenture or other governing documents.
A staff of experienced analysts is available for support after the customised Compliance module is delivered to assist with trustee reconciliations, custom reporting needs such as cross-deal reporting, or enhancements that may result from indenture amendments or changes in interpretation
Overcollateralisation, interest coverage and recovery rate reports that require hours of collecting and processing data in order to produce are now available immediately.
The Cross-Deal & Historical Reporting feature allows users to compile and compare test results across multiple deals, datasets, scenarios and periods.
Key functions:
The module provides users with the ability to create hypothetical scenarios, including proposed trades, to see how various actions affect the performance of their structure
Report updates may be scheduled to run automatically at a time most convenient to the client, making vital information available without any user intervention
Securities denominated in multiple currencies within a single portfolio in Markit WSO Administrator can be imported into the Compliance module with corresponding currency amounts converted to a user-specified reporting currency for compliance testing
The Compliance module allows for “as of date” reporting, which enables the user to create historical reports on any given date
