Markit WSO Security allows clients to control access to their Markit WSO Administrator data by offering application level security by module level or down to the function point. Access can be controlled by the security administrator quickly and easily. The user's network logon name is associated with a security group in the system.

The user receives permissions assigned to the security group. Permissions can be granted at two levels: Module (default) and Object (override). With one click, default permissions can be set for a collection of related functions at the Module level and when necessary, additional permissions may also be set for each function at the Object level. A Copy Permissions utility helps save time when creating permissions that are similar to those which already exist.
