How to access Markit BOAT™on Reuters
On Reuters, to construct the RIC code for BOAT, the identifier code is ‘.m’. BOAT will be included in the Reuters composite RIC. The composite RIC identifier code is ‘.x.’ For real-time SI quotes, the RIC structure is the same with an additional ‘d’.
For example, the Vodafone equity ticker will be as follows:
- VOD.mGBP - an OTC trade reported to BOAT for Vodafone in GBP.
- VOD.mCHF - an OTC trade reported to BOAT for Vodafone in Swiss Francs.
- VOD.xGBP - a composite of the OTC trade reports for Vodafone in GBP across venues, BOAT a component exchange/venue of the Composite.
- VOD.mGBPd – a list of SI quotes from BOAT on Vodafone in GBP.
