Quarterly SI Reports

In order to comply with MiFID transparency obligations, BOAT will provide on a quarterly basis an aggregated report identifying all trades in instruments executed by contributing firms in their capacity as Systematic Internalisers. This report will be made available within one month of the end of each calendar quarter. The report contains the following information in Euros regarding each instrument shown for each trading day of the calendar quarter:

• Highest price
• Lowest price
• Average price
• Total number of shares traded
• Total number of transactions
